God's Pantry is a food pantry run and led by people who've faced the same barriers we serve - formerly incarcerated individuals, at-risk youth, those experiencing homelessness, and people with gang affiliation. We don't just hand out food. We walk alongside our neighbors as they rebuild.
For years, we've stood beside our community, providing food assistance, support, and a path forward toward lasting stability.

In Los Angeles County alone, it’s estimated that 1 in 4 of our neighbors faces food insecurity

OUR MISSION
Our vision is to create an organization that is run and led by individuals with social barriers who in turn offer hope, training, and support to their peers.
GP allows them to redirect their lives and become contributing members of our community.
That's what makes God's Pantry different: our food bank is run and led by people who've faced the same barriers our neighbors face, and most of our staff have stood where our neighbors stand today. That shared experience is what turns a food pantry into a place of real transformation.
Our mission is deeply rooted in the work of Jesus which calls us to meet the basic wellness needs of the communities we serve practically. We strive to create a world where everyone can find a second chance despite their current and past life experience.
